Terms of Service

Step Inside My World ("the site") is a personal portfolio and storytelling product operated by Mei Liu. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• The username you claim is yours while your account is active. We may reclaim or change usernames that impersonate others, are clearly offensive, or violate someone's rights.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploits minors.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you aren't authorized to access.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures (other than good-faith security research disclosed to us in private).
• Use the site to build a competing product, scrape data automatically, or train an AI model on its outputs.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely so we can operate the site and provide the features you use (including sending it to AI providers to generate a response).

Don't submit content you don't have the right to submit. You're responsible for what you put into the site.

Some features use third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) to generate responses based on your inputs. AI output:

• May be wrong, biased, or out of date.
• Is not professional advice — legal, financial, medical, career, or otherwise.
• Should be reviewed before you act on or share it.

You are responsible for how you use AI output.

The site is provided as-is and may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted at any time. Features may change, and accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

The site's design, code, and original written content are owned by Mei Liu, except for content submitted by users and third-party assets used under license. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the site or its assets without permission.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing mei@intentional.studio. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the site or other users.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mei Liu and the site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
